Pret a Manger...

...is a sandwich or lunch shop that you see everywhere. There must be hundreds. There are several chains like this where you can get very good inexpensive food. I would have to say they are better than most restaurants. Went out this morning to buy our lunch for today and saw a couple of chimney sweeps singing their happy tunes while street urchins begged for my change.

Not really, but there must be literally millions of chimneys in this city. You can ride the train and see thousands of houses in rows and you are awestruck by the chimneys.

There are not a lot of visible homeless here. When you do see them, most have white down comforters that are usually clean. I can't really figure that one out and will have to do some research.

No traditional English breakfast this morning. Don't want to clog an artery. Probably Starbuck coffe and I will ask for half n half, which they never have out, but is very good and far better than at home.
